SFI's Compensation Plan

STRONG FUTURE INTERNATIONAL (SFI) has grown a long way since its establishment years ago. And even to this day, it continues to grow everyday. The business has been very supportive to all its members that it has clearly laid down resources to assist every affiliate on his/her growth. Many strategies on selling and recruiting have been prepared for each affiliate’s training.

Thus today I will share with you how the compensation plan of SFI works for all affiliates.  It goes as follows:

“Important: To understand the SFI Compensation Plan, you must first understand CV (Commission Volume). Every product at TripleClicks.com has a CV value. This value is determined by the product’s margin (The difference between the product’s wholesale/base cost and the price the product sells for). The higher the margin, the higher the CV. A product’s CV is the maximum amount that can be paid out in commissions for that product.

My Downline

     In Strong Future International (SFI), it is very crucial to take care of our own recruits so that they will also feel motivated to make constant follow up on their individual SFI business. Presently I have 61 PSAs (PERSONALLY SPONSORED AFFILIATES) and them being on my downline, I know that it is as well my responsibility to assist them in their journey and accommodate whatever enquiry they have in mind.

          Thus, time and communication are very important elements in keeping and maintaining that relationship with them. I know that many of them are not that focused on their individual SFI business yet I am also aware that I need to re direct my attention on those small number who are keeping it up with the pace of their business.

          One way of maintaing contact with my downline is through the modern way of communication nowadays such as the social working sites (SFI message sending system, fb, forum, blog etc.)It is just a matter of spending time everyday to visit one’s SFI business so as to extend that support and concern for my downline.

          During this post, what I will share with you is this Rule of Success from our founder Strong Future International president and founder Gerry Carson. Is it possible to achieve success if it is a half-time job for you?

Yes, it is. In fact, the better part of the branches work half-time day. You can launch your SFI business and not leave your current source of income till the time when SFI is able to produce revenue which you need.

How much money can I earn?

The thing is that the more you invest in your business  the  more  you  will  earn from  it. And such scheme works. Besides, you are a manager and you can decide what to do. But don’t forget that SFI gives an opportunity to earn  residual  income, it  means  that  job which you do today has a potential  to get profit  not  only  for today,  but  during next years. 

Is it really possible to make a great income sitting at home?

Potentials…..yes we all have them and it is just but appropriate for all of us to tap them so that they will not be wasted. Every one of us is gifted with so much resources that many of them are yet keep hidden deep inside of ourselves. We just need then to make and look for ways as well as means in order to realize them all. In SFI, there are so many tips accorded for all members and right here now, I am sharing with you one of them. This is Rule of Success number 9 as authored by Gerry Carson, the founder of SFI himself. We recognize deeply the kindness of Gerry to share with us all his thoughts and wisdom especially through these words.
